Harley Collision Centers, appreciates the opportunity to repair your vehicle and we truly understand that your investment is very important to you. Our responsibility and guarantee is to you, our customer. The quality of the repairs to your vehicle is our priority. To achieve that quality, the repair process requires

time and original factory parts.

The contract that you have with your insurance company may not fully reimburse you for the price of parts, our labor rates and our shop charges. Insurance companies use the term “normal and customary” as a standard. Harley Collision follows only those standards and procedures recommended by the manufacturer of your vehicle. Should your insurance company request any deviation from our repair procedures, we will promptly notify you.
I understand and agree that Harley Collision Centers is in no way responsible for my transportation during the repair of my vehicle. Rental car expenses must be paid by me and/or my insurance company. I understand and agree that some repairs require more time than others and I do not hold Harley Collision Centers responsible for any additional auto rental expenses which I may incur as a result thereof. I understand and agree that Harley Collision Centers is not responsible for any loss or damage to my

vehicle or articles left in my vehicle in event of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond its control.

I give my authorization for any employee of Harley Collision Centers to drive my vehicle for the purpose of repairing it and/ or road testing it. I give Harley Collision Centers authorization to text message any number listed.

I understand and agree that part prices are subject to invoice and may change without notice. I authorize the insurance company to pay Harley Collision Centers directly for all supplemental repairs. I authorize Harley Collision Centers to endorse (sign my name on) all insurance checks and drafts for original and supplemental repairs to my vehicle.

I understand and agree that I am responsible for payment in full for the repair to my vehicle, either before or after completion of work by Harley Collision Centers. It is my responsibility to receive payment from the insurance company or from the party responsible for payment of the repair costs.

I understand that my vehicle will need to be picked up within 24 hours of completed repairs to avoid daily storage fees. I understand the fee is $50/day storage.

I understand if I choose to cancel repairs, I am responsible for any administrative fee, parts restocking fees, re-assembly charges and possibly storage for $50/day.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED WITHOUT A SERVICE FEE ARE CASH, CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS AND INSURANCE CHECKS.

I UNDERSTAND THAT All CARD PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED WITH A A 3.5% SERVICE FEE.
